To update or correct your hospital’s administrative data (name, address, phone number), contact your state survey agency.
If your hospital’s address is listed as a PO Box or by cross streets, we strongly suggest that you list an exact address in the Medicare survey and certification data base. This helps ensure that the Google Maps function on Hospital Compare will accurately show your location. To update your address, contact your state survey agency.
